Workplace solutions company, IndiQube has surpassed the 100 properties milestone. The company that started 9 years ago with a single property in Bangalore has now expanded across 14 cities and caters to 700+ clients.
Today, IndiQube has a portfolio of over 7.2 million square feet with presence across major tier I cities including Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Gurgaon and Noida. Also, post pandemic the company has made its foray into tier II cities including Coimbatore, Jaipur, Madurai, Kochi, Vijayawada, Calicut and Mohali.
In Bangalore, IndiQube has 59 properties covering over 4.5 million square feet. Chennai follows with 14 properties spanning over 1 million square feet, and Pune with 11 properties across nearly 750,000 square feet. Notably, Coimbatore has emerged as a key market with around 270,000 square feet across 3 properties. The company takes a micro market specific approach establishing 1-2 large centers in key micro-markets and complements them with smaller centers to ensure reach and accessibility to enterprises.
