Yugen Infra is dedicated to initiating the project in Mopa, Goa, very soon this year, having acquired 300 acres of land in this forward-looking region known for abundant amenities and seamless inter-state connectivity. The projected total Gross Development Value (GDV) for this ambitious venture is INR 1,000 Cr, with an initial investment of INR 150 Cr earmarked for the first phase.
