Kansai Nerolac Paints has acquired a brand new office area price Rs 85 crore to arrange its India headquarters in Mumbai’s business district Lower Parel.

The subsidiary of Japan’s Kansai Paint has purchased a whole ground of office area unfold over 35,000 sq ft in realty developer Marathon Group’s business mission Marathon Futurex on Delisle Road.

The office area on the twenty eighth ground of the business tower is a part of the third section of the whole improvement. The project’s third phase has already received the occupation certificate from the civic authority. The deal was finalized after that and was registered last week.
